The position offers a $16/hr. base pay, a 5% quarterly bonus, and uncapped commissions for meeting sales metrics, with total targeted compensation around $17.92/hr. Schedules fall between 7 a.m. and midnight (ET), Monday through Saturday, so flexibility is required. Training and career progression are built in, with advancement
expected within the first year.
