What You’ll Do

Omni supports a wide variety of clients, including several in the Fortune 500. We’re seeking independent contractors who enjoy helping others and who can deliver caring, customer-focused support.

As a contractor, your interactions will primarily be through inbound phone calls—sometimes chat/email—where you’ll assist customers with their needs.

Schedule Availability

• Current opportunities are available 7 days a week from 8 AM–12 AM EST
• Build a schedule you adore within each client’s operating hours.

Earnings & Revenue

Love isn’t the only thing that grows here—your earnings can too

• Typical earnings range $14–$20 per hour
• Revenue is based on your active phone status
• Additional incentives may be available when goals are met (a little bonus affection!)

Our Relationship Status

Your partnership with Omni is a contractual relationship—you’ll remain an independent contractor. This means:

• You’re responsible for your own taxes
• No employee benefits (like vacation pay, insurance, or retirement plans) are provided
