military personnel during benefits open enrollment season.
This is a seasonal gig that runs from November 10 – December 8, 2025, with educational classes and lighter call volume leading up to those dates. You’ll assist customers with: ✅ Plan enrollment and account setup ✅ Answering general plan questions ✅ Guiding users through site navigation
If you’re a good fit, you may even have the chance to roll into another
seasonal program right after this one!

Earnings:
$0.28 per Customer Interaction Minute (CIM) for English
$0.31 per CIM for Bilingual Spanish/English
Guaranteed minimum of 54 minutes per productive hour
Incentives available beyond the base rate
