Happy Tuesday!💐🍀
In today's update, many people realize the advantages of a four-day workweek. But a recent study by Nature Human Behavior bears it out. They looked at 3,000 workers who switched from five days to four at 141 companies.
The participants reported better sleep, less burnout, greater job satisfaction and physical and mental health -- the list of benefits goes on. It's been over 80 years since five days became the national standard (1940). Maybe it's time for a "rat-race adjustment." And for commuters, it would mean one less day battling traffic!
