About the Bilingual Customer Support Opportunity

Provide 24/7 support service for roadside assistance and various service requests, such as flat tires, key lockouts, car accidents, and refueling assistance. Support services include:



• Receiving inbound calls for roadside assistance, and other service requests.

• Potential outbound calls to the clients, customers and/or account representatives for status and clarification purposes regarding roadside assistance work.

• Transfer of inbound calls or outbound calls to other designated internal support departments or account representatives.



• Handle outbound coordination to independent service providers, such as tow trucks.
