You’ll be helping customers with product and tax support, such as software navigation and locating prior returns and amendments. **No tax experience necessary, just a desire to help the customer**

How to Apply

3. Take assessments (30 minutes)
4. Install and run technology scanner (3 minutes)
5. Complete program-specific application questions and interview
