Happy Friday!
We hope you have a great weekend on the horizon!
In today's update, on the WFM scam side, beware another fake text making the rounds. This one purports to be from
Kelly Services, which is actually an established hirer of WFH employees. But the text is full of red flags -- "up to $500 for 60 to 90 minutes a day," no mention of job requirements, an interview on WhatsApp, etc. Not to mention that most recipients have probably not contacted Kelly for a job.
On the legit side, if you're looking for
something that comes with a home office allowance (amount not mentioned), this customer service role pays $18 to $20/hr. depending on your location and experience. College not required, no state hiring exclusions listed. It's with a leading
captioning company. May fill fast...
"I Got Hired!" Please join us in congratulating Adia M., who wrote us yesterday (excerpted),
"If it weren't for the newsletter, I would have never known about the Remote Reader position at UW-Madison. I start in October! Thanks so much! I couldn't be happier. It's a part-time, remote, seasonal position which is perfect for me."
Bravo, Adia! We hope you love your new WFH
job at UW-Madison! If you've got an “I Got Hired” story too, hit us up at success@ratracerebellion.com. If not yet, may you have one soon!
Have a bountiful weekend! ~ Mike
