Hurricane Disaster Relief - Sign up with Omni Interactions to be a stand-by SUPERHERO! Support disaster relief efforts by helping out your neighbors! $15 an hour 

We are looking for stand-by contractors for upcoming natural disasters. When you sign up, you join contractors standing by that we'll call on when a hurricane makes landfall in Florida. You will have to respond back to our request immediately to confirm your Statement of Work (SOW) and be assigned a Contract Start Date.

In the aftermath of a hurricane, insurance companies play a critical role in assisting and supporting their policyholders.

To ensure seamless customer service during such times of crisis, we are offering a unique opportunity to be on standby for inbound insurance coverage calls from hurricane-damaged insured consumers.

You will be on standby to prepare and be ready to provide immediate assistance and empathetic support to policyholders affected by the hurricane's devastating impact.

To be successful on this project, you must be able to:

• Speak clearly, professionally
• Able to talk & type at the same time
• Able to interact with customers easily over the phone
• Have great listening & research skills
• Have strong computer skills & make sure you assist the caller
• Strong empathy skills

What you will do every day:

• Answer inbound calls
• Help answer questions by using answers you learn in certification
• Document the customer's case in the system
• Make sure you stay up to date with all new client updates
• Schedule & work all the hours you pick up

When you sign up, we'll ask you to:

1. Record a voice audition (if you haven't already done one)
2. Complete paperwork
3. Complete ID Verification

Once all 3 items above are complete, you'll officially be "on the list"! We'll text you immediately once a hurricane makes landfall in Florida to sign and SOW and be assigned a Contract Start date.
