Happy Thursday!

I love reading job descriptions created by young, hip companies. Today, for example, we shared a remote Menu Specialist job (it involves reviewing and typing menus into a database) with a description that made me smile more than once.

Firstly, as a New Englander, I can appreciate their use of the phrase "Wicked Awesome" as a descriptive for their employees. And, as a person with low tolerance for jerks of every ilk, their final line, "...we do not employ jerks, even brilliant ones," made me want to make the 90-minute drive to Boston and give them a hearty pat on the back.
