In today's update, Under Armour is hiring. (May fill quickly!) My niece works for them, from home doing customer service, and is very happy with her job, but of course that's just one example. They're looking for w@h seasonal customer service help (scroll down). The pay rate isn't cited, but no state hiring restrictions are mentioned. College not required if you have customer service experience.

Elsewhere, if you're looking for something that lets you set your own schedule, these customer service openings at Omni Interactions could work. You'd be an independent contractor, rather than an employee. Omni contracts in most states. The pay range is $14-$20/hr. No college required.
